An out of town driver lost his vehicle and license for 7-days after he was clocked at 186km/h on the 403. Monday night, around 11PM, an OPP officer conducting radar got a reading of 186km/h on the 403 in Norwich Township. 22-year-old Arthur Ross of Appin, Ontario is facing charges under the street racing law. His vehicle, a 2012 Hyundai Sonata, has been impounded and his license suspended for 7-days.
