Once again, Dr. Robert Vinson is this year's top public earner in Oxford County. The Radiologist at Woodstock General Hospital made over 464-thousand dollars in 2011. That's a slight dip from his 2010 earnings of 466-thousand. Two Pathologists were next up on this list, Dr. Dong Fen Liu made 379-thousand dollars and Dr. Peter Engbers pulled in 302-thousand. Woodstock Hospital as a whole has 20 workers that made the annual sunshine list, in making over 100-thousand dollars. That's just a slight jump from 18 last year. Tillsonburg's Hospital had 10 on the list, and Ingersoll's Alexandra Hospital only had 2.
