INGERSOLL - An investigation is underway after a man approached two kids on their bikes in the area of Thames Street and Bell Street in Ingersoll.
The Oxford OPP say the man, believed to be in his 40s, asked the kids to follow him to a nearby restaurant at around 3:40 p.m. on Thursday April 20th.
This man is described having shoulder length dirty blonde hair with sideburns. He was wearing a leather jacket, dark jeans, a black hat, black sunglasses and he had a black bandana covering his face.
He was standing by an older-model white van with curtains at the time of the incident.
Police are currently looking over surveillance footage in hopes of identifying him.
