Police say he was driving with a blood alcohol concentration over 80.
WATERFORD - A 19-year-old has been busted for drunk driving in Waterford.
The Norfolk OPP received a report about a suspected impaired driver on Duncombe Road shortly after 12:00 a.m. today.
Officers found the vehicle on Culver Road and the driver was taken into custody after failing a sobriety test. He has been charged with operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80, being a novice driver with a blood alcohol level over zero, and being a young driver with a blood alcohol level over zero.
He's from Norfolk County and he has a court date in Simcoe later this month.
