WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Christian School is hosting a family-friendly comedy fundraiser...and the Fidgets Comedy group is coming to the Friendly City to help!
The comedy troop has been performing together since 2007.

Founder of The Fidgets, John Hollingsworth, explains how the trio became so well known.
"Right before COVID, we filmed a show in British Columbia and Amazon Worldwide picked it up. For a couple years we were on Amazon, and now it's in syndication. We've got a distributor now that's asking for more content. It seems that our brand of improv comedy is something that people really want to see. We are going to put on a good show and it's going to be a couple hours you never forget."
If you're looking for a fun night out for the entire family, join the group March 31 at Movement Church in Woodstock. Doors open at 7:00 p.m., laughs start at 7:30 p.m. The show will feature a number special performances that will encourage donations from the crowd.
Hollingsworth shared their big show kicker and money raiser.
"We are going to set them and were going to cover the stage in these mousetraps. We're going to take off our shoes and socks, put on blindfolds and perform our last sketch on top of the live mousetraps!"
Mousetraps can be purchased from Woodstock Christian School for $10 each or 3/$25. All funds from the traps will be going back to WCS.
If you are interested in attending the show, tickets can also be purchased from WCS staff or students. Contact information is below.
