Master Seaman and Representative of Toys for Tots, Wilber Nyenhuis on what they do with their gifts.
"We put together 97 what we call hampers. Each hamper contains at least five gifts. To get all these gifts here, we are heavy relying upon donations form both companies, corporations and the public sector as well."
Nyenhuis, shares with HeartFM the compassionate story of a retired lady who is a big believer in the program.
"Every time she has a money deposit in her account she goes out and buys some toys. She does this throughout the whole year and by the time it comes times to give it to us, there is so much stuff in her house that we have to come with a three tonne truck to clear it all out."
