Theatre Woodstock will open it's doors to the public for the first time in two years this Friday night.
WOODSTOCK - Theatre Woodstock is ready to make a triumphant return after two years.
The theatre closed in March 2020, for what was supposed to be a couple of weeks. After two long years, the theatre will reopen to the public this Friday night.
Director of Special Events Laurie Schultz says they can't wait to see people inside the theatre once again.
"It will be so nice to see people in person, in the seats, in the audience, having that live audience reaction."
Schultz says the Theatre has a couple of shows to offer this Spring starting with Psychic Medium Tania Thomas this Friday night.
"We have Rant Maggie Rant, a renowned Celtic folk band out of Stratford, they will be on April 9th. Our Youth Stages Program is back, they have two productions, including the production Bonnie and Clyde and we are really excited to team up with WCI to present their 20th anniversary of musical theatre."
The Theatre will open a brand new season in the fall. In the meantime, they will host several events at the theatre in the spring and summer months. They will also have the summer camps this year as well.
