A car left the roadway, crashing into the front porch of a home in Tillsonburg, causing life threatening injuries for the driver over the weekend.
TILLSONBURG - Three people were taken to the hospital and one man is facing life threatening injuries after a crash in Tillsonburg.
OPP say the collision happened on Baldwin Street at 12:40 a.m on Saturday. The car left the roadway, drove onto a sidewalk and then hit the front porch of a home. The residents in the home were not injured.
The driver had to extricated from the car with the help of Tillsonburg Fire and Rescue services and was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries. Two adult male passengers in the vehicle were also transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The roadway was closed for several hours to allow the OPP's technical collision investigators to process the scene of the collision.
An investigation is ongoing.
