The Tillsonburg Hydro strategic plan brochure offers a succinct summary of the utility and their mandate.
TILLSONBURG - Tillsonburg Hydro has released a new strategic plan brochure.
Chair of the Tillsonburg Hydro Board of Directors Dan Rasokas says the utility is putting more its energy these days into public education and egagement.
“The vision of Tillsonburg Hydro is to deliver electricity through safe, dependable, cost-effective and environmentally responsible practices. But realizing that vision doesn’t just happen. It requires strategic discipline and focus. It also requires ongoing communication with our stakeholders to ensure we’re getting things right.”
Rasokas says the brochure helps residents understand what the utilitiy is all about.
“The brochure provides a high-level overview of THI’s mission and values. It’s a succinct summary of who we are and what our mandate is.”
General Manager Ian McKenzie says that as Tillsonburg's population continues to grow, it's important that THI continues to grow and develop as well.
“This document provides a solid foundation on which to build detailed operational plans, and evaluate new opportunities.”
The brochure is now available on the THI website (www.tillsonburghydro.ca), as well as on the Town of Tillsonburg website.
