It's now the second arrest made in southern Ontario for stealing a poppy donation box. The latest incident happened at the Delhi LCBO on Monday afternoon. Police were called to the liquor store at 2:42PM, after a man grabbed the poppy box and ran from the store. Police say an alert citizen helped them locate the suspect. He was arrested without incident and the poppy donation box was recovered. 22-year-old Dustin Wade Vanhaverbeke of Tillsonburg is charged with theft and breach of probation.
