Elgin County OPP responded to reports of public disturbance in the Municipality of Bayham.
TILLSONBURG - A Tillsonburg man has been charged following a disturbance call.
On Saturday, around 2:00 a.m., Elgin County OPP responded to reports of public disturbance in the Municipality of Bayham.
As a result of an investigation, the 28-year-old man was charged with failure to comply with an undertaking and failure to comply with a release order.
He was held for a bail hearing and was later released from custody following a promise to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in May.
