TILLSONBURG - The Town of Tillsonburg will be meeting with the Minister of Transportation Caroline Mulroney at the 2021 Ontario Good Roads Association Conference.
Tillsonburg will be represented by Mayor Stephen Molnar, CAO Kyle Pratt, Director of Operations Carlos Reyes, and Manager of Public Works Dan Locke at the virtual event. Molnar says they are excited to talk with the Transportation Minister about the Southwestern Ontario Master Transportation Plan.
"We will be discussing opportunities for participation in the Southwestern Ontario Master Transportation Plan, as well as talking about opportunities to integrate regional transit systems."
CAO Pratt says this is a great networking opportunity for the town.
"This conference is an important opportunity for us to forge strong, positive working relationships with upper levels of government and learn from our peers in other municipalities."
OGRA is the oldest road association in Ontario and is a leader in municipal affairs, infrastructure, training and education, advocacy, and asset management.
