The Town of Tillsonburg unveiled a new look in 2017 and allowed residents a chance to have more of a say in how the Town is run.
TILLSONBURG - 2017 was a year of progression for the Town of Tillsonburg.
Mayor Stephen Molnar talks about his favourite accomplishment.
"I'm extremely proud of the fact that council has reintegrated the great opportunities that come from our volunteer sector with our advisory committee."
The Town of Tillsonburg also went through a successful re-branding in 2017 with Connected, Enriched, Inspired. \
"Tillsonburg was recognized at the Economic Development Association of Ontario with the award for the best branding exercise in the Province of Ontario."
Looking ahead Molnar is excited about a lot of things in 2018.
"We're proud of the continuing integration of the downtown core, primarily on a retail level. We are looking forward to integration of multi-level residential in our downtown core as we try to expand our demographics and ensuring our community, while inclusive of all is focusing on getting younger and introducing new family opportunities into the community."
