A 43 year old driver from Stratford and their 20 year old passenger are facing fines after police found alcohol and cannabis during a traffic stop.
PERTH EAST - Two people have been charged with cannabis and liquor offences following a traffic stop on Perth Line 55 in Perth East on Saturday night.
Police say the investigation revealed that the 43 year old driver from Stratford had a quantity of cannabis in their possession, and was charged with the following;
- Speeding 1-49km/h
- Drive vehicle or boat with cannabis readily available
A 20 year old passenger was also charged with;
Having liquor in an open container in other than licenced premises, residence, or private place
