Stratford Police say a transport truck driver was double the legal limit when they stopped him late Tuesday afternoon.
STRATFORD - A transport truck driver was charged with impaired driving in Perth South late Tuesday afternoon.
Police were called about the truck that was swerving all over the roadway. The officer determined the 56 year old driver from Perth East had been drinking and they were taken back to the detachment for further testing. Turns out the driver had double the legal limit of alcohol in his system.
He will have his day in court on October 19.
