TILLSONBURG - A man from Tillsonburg is $100,000 richer after winning Encore in the Lotto Max draw.
Edward Van Poucke bought his winning ticket from the Metro on Broadway Street. He plays the lottery on a regular basis.
"I enjoy playing LOTTO MAX and LOTTO 6/49 a couple times a month."
Van Poucke explains what it was like when he realized he had a winner.
"The lottery machine went off and I almost started to cry, it's only now starting to sink in and it's really beautiful!"
The 60 year old truck driver plans on buying a new, much-needed truck and investing.
"It's unbelievable! I'm still me though, I am still going to work, but this win allows me to breathe."
