OXFORD COUNTY - The Thames Valley District School Board is preparing for voluntary targeted COVID-19 testing.
Director of Education Mark Fisher says this voluntary testing will be available for asymptomatic staff and students.
"We’re working with partners to develop criteria and a timeline for voluntary diagnostic testing of our students and staff."
More details will be released as plans to implement testing at specific schools are determined.
School locations will be selected in collaboration with local public health units. Testing will also be available for children and staff at child care centres that are located at local schools.
More information will be coming soon. You can also get asymptomatic testing at local pharmacies. A complete list of those pharmacies can be found online here.
