In its latest COVID-19 vaccination update, the TVDSB says about 97 percent of its staff members have declared their vaccination status and 92 percent of them have received at least one dose of a vaccine.
OXFORD COUNTY - The vast majority of Thames Valley teachers are vaccinated.
Around 97 percent of Thames Valley District School Board staff have declared their vaccination status, 92 percent of whom are fully or partially vaccinated.
The school board will post updated statistics on staff vaccination throughout the school year online here.
Public health units have made vaccinations available to all students 12 and older. While it is encouraged by the TVDSB and public health officials, students are not required to be vaccinated to attend school.
