TVDSB to Walk-Out Thursday

If your children go to a Thames Valley District School Board elementary school, you'll want to make other arrangements for them Thursday. Teachers will demonstrate in front of schools from 8:30am until 11:30am. The walk-out is in protest of Bill 115 which gives the McGuinty Liberals the power to stop strikes, freeze wages and cut benefits. Elementary teachers across the province have staged rotating walk-outs this week. The Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario must give the required 72-hour notice for these walkouts.
