Police surrounded a home on the 11th line on Monday to arrest a man on a couple of outstanding warrants.
EAST ZORRA-TAVISTOCK - Oxford OPP had to bring in the canine unit to track down a suspect on the 11th line.
Police say they had a warrant out for the man's arrest when they spotted him inside a home on Monday morning. The man refused to surrender to police.
OPP Canine and Emergency Response Team members attended the scene to assist with containment of the area. The man eventually gave himself up at 11:00 a.m. and was arrested without incident on outstanding warrants.
The 35 year old man of no fixed address is facing 3 counts of fail to comply with a probation order and fail to comply with an undertaking.
