WOODSTOCK - Mayor Trevor Birtch talks with heart FM's Sabrina Storm about how the city celebrates the volunteers who create the beautiful floats in the Woodstock Santa Claus Parade. Birtch also honours the Woodstock Rockers with a gift from the city, plus the city of Woodstock is looking at the potential impact the Smart Cities Challenge could have on Woodstonians, and the Mayor may or may not offer his Groundhog Day prediction.
