Tickets are on sale for the Women in Motion conference later this month in Woodstock. The event has attracted national keynote speaker Carole Bertuzzi or the "The Moodivator".
WOODSTOCK - Synergy Wellness is hosting a Women in Motion conference in Woodstock later this month.
The full day conference will feature guest speakers, workshops and talk about how to not only survive, but thrive. Founder of the Conference Marsha Barona says Women in Motion have very specific goals.
"That is to teach women who either work for themselves or someone else, how to balance their lifestyle and live well life with success in their career or business."
The conference will also be hosting the national keynote speaker Carole Bertuzzi or the "The Moodivator", as well as refreshments and lunch for everyone attending.
Barona adds who she thinks would really benefit from this conference.
"I think any woman who is working outside the home or inside the home on her own projects who is a wife, a mother, who has many different roles that she fulfills, we often hear about the superwoman syndrome where we're trying to do it all and do very it well and it just can't be done so we need to decide and we need to choose what things we want to keep in our lives and do those things really well and sort of get rid of the fluff."
Tickets for the event will be $100.00 and is happening on Saturday the 25th at the Quality Hotel and Suites in Woodstock, Singles and groups are welcome.
