A 20 year old Woodstock man suffered non-life threatening injuries after colliding with a car.
WOODSTOCK- A 20 year old Woodstock man has been charged after failing to stop for a red light.
The man who was not wearing a helmet at the time of the collision suffered non-life threatening injuries. He was transported to a hospital in London for further assessment.
A Woodstock police investigation revealed that the male was riding his bicycle west on Dundas Street when he proceeded through the intersection on a red light. A Volkswagen, travelling south on Oxford Street, struck the cyclist.
Woodstock Police Service, Woodstock Fire Department and the Oxford EMS responded to the crash at 4:20pm.
Damages are estimated at $2000.
