WOODSTOCK - A woman from Woodstock was livid to find a bucket and a bag full of used syringes left in her back yard.
June King Empey lives on Riddell Street and she says this is not the first time she has found used needles in her backyard, however she has never experienced an entire bucket and a bag like this. Empey says she called Police, who told her they couldn't help.
"Woodstock has gotten to be a hell hole, there is nothing being done in there, you can't sit down by the fountain anymore, I was assaulted last Spring at the back of myself, you can't leave anything outside, this is not the first time I've found syringes at the back of my house."
Thankfully a good Samaritan helped out and safely removed the needles for her.
