The WFD had to rescue four people from a vehicle that flipped over on Oxford Road 17 yesterday afternoon.
WOODSTOCK - Life-threatening injuries have been reported after a three-vehicle crash in the north end of Woodstock.
According to Woodstock Police, a passenger vehicle was heading east on Oxford Road 17 at around 4:00 p.m. yesterday when it lost control, entered the westbound lane, and hit a cement truck and one other vehicle before it flipped onto its roof.
The people inside the vehicle were trapped, but members of the Woodstock Fire Department got them out, while Oxford EMS provided medical assistance.
A 61-year-old woman from Woodstock was airlifted to the London Health Science Centre with serious and life-threatening injuries. The other three people in the vehicle were treated for minor injuries.
