Woodstock Police are looking for the driver of a white Dodge Caravan after a reported hit and run in the city Tuesday night. According to a witness, shortly before 10:00 pm they heard a loud bang and looked outside to find the white van stopped behind a parked GMC van. A passenger got out of the white van, picked up the front bumper of the vehicle which was knocked off in the collision, placed it in the van and left the scene. The crash happened in the area of Drew Street and Vansittart Ave. The white van was last seen heading north on Van Ave. Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has seen a white Dodge Caravan with front end damage is asked to call Woodstock Police at 519-537-2323 or Crime Stoppers at 519-421-TIPS (8477) or 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
