Zorra Township will be hosting a public meeting at the Thamesford District Recreation Centre tonight, all about the proposed Zorra Municipal Centre.
ZORRA TOWNSHIP - The first public meeting for the proposed Zorra Municipal Centre is about to get underway.
It's going to take over the Thamesford District Recreation Centre tonight at 6:30 p.m.
The Zorra Municipal Centre would be located at the old Maple Leaf Foods property in Thamesford and it would house the township office, a child care centre, a fitness facility and a handful of community office spaces.
Tonight's meeting is the perfect chance to learn more about the proposal and ask any questions you may have. If you can't make it, another meeting is taking place at the Embro Community Centre on Tuesday September 21st and a virtual public meeting will be held on Tuesday September 28th. Both of those meetings will also start at 6:30 p.m.
You can also send an e-mail to zmc@zorra.ca to provide your input.
