The 25 year-old man was charged with impaired driving after he failed a roadside test on Line 29 in the Township of Perth East.
PERTH EAST - A 25-year-old man from Zorra Township has been charged with impaired driving after his vehicle was stopped on Line 29 in the Township of Perth East.
The car was stopped yesterday morning just before 3:00 and after failing a roadside test, he was then brought to the Sebringville OPP detachment for further testing.
He is has been charged with the following offence:
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
He is scheduled to appear in a Stratford courtroom on January 6th, 2020 to answer the charge.
OPP say road safety is everyone's responsibility.
If you suspect someone is driving while their ability to operate a motor vehicle is impaired, either by drug or alcohol, call police at 911 to report it.
