Crime Stoppers of Oxford will host their annual golf tournament on September 12th.
OXFORD COUNTY - An annual golf tournament will hit the links in Oxford County.
On September 12th, the John Harrison Golf Tournament hosted by the Oxford County Insurance Brokers Association, will support the Crime Stoppers of Oxford. Crime Stoppers Board Member, Nathan Pye talks about how the day will work.
"It is our annual golf tournament. It is at the Ingersoll Golf and Country Club. It is a shotgun start, so the golfing actually starts at 1."
Pye says registration and lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m., and he also mentions how people can sign up.
"Go to the Oxford Crime Stoppers website, there is a link right there that you can register, and you can register totally online."
Pye mentions they are still looking for single golfers or teams, and sponsors, which include corporate sponsorship, hole sponsorship, and specialty hole sponsorship. He adds the tournament is set up as a best-ball format.
