Oxford OPP allege driver on the 401 was over 4 times the legal limit.
SOUTH WEST OXFORD - A 42 year old man from Milton was charged with driving more than 4 times the legal limit on the 401 in South West Oxford.
OPP pulled over the man in a grey Hyundai on the 401 Eastbound near Harris Road on September 5th. The police officer noticed the smell of alcohol and brought the man to the Oxford OPP detachment where they say he blew over 4 times the legal limit.
The man was charged with driving while ability impaired – motor vehicle (alcohol), care or control over 80 mgs, and driving while disqualified – court order, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
