Ontario NDP Leader Andrea Horwath says the province needs to reopen safely and she believes Premier Doug Ford was thinking more about the Ottawa situation when he made his big reopening announcement earlier this week.
INGERSOLL - The leader of the official opposition was in Ingersoll on Tuesday.
NDP leader Andrea Horwath came to town to show her support in funding the Ingersoll Nurse Practitioner-Led clinic. You can read all about that online here.
