All lanes of highway 401 have now been re-opened as of 2:30pm. Police and EMS attended the scene of a multi-car collision near the 403 and 401 just before 12:30 this afternoon. There have been reports that indicate a number of injuries, however none of them were serious or life threatening. The cause is still under investigation. We will bring you further details to this story as they become available.
