A 17-year-old Ingersoll boy is facing weapons charges after burning other youth with a home made taser. Police say they've put an end to the dangrous acts by arresting and charging the young offender, who cannot be identified. He faces charges of possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose and unauthorized possession of weapon. Police say the boy likely took to the Internet to find out how to make a device that can administer a shock.
