Tavistock's Brush, Leaf, and Waste Depot will be closed for a few weeks while Erie Thames Powerlines does some work.
TAVISTOCK - Erie Thames Powerlines is going to be doing some work around the the Brush, Leaf, and Waste Depot in Tavistock for the next couple of weeks.
Because of the work they are doing to the hydro lines they will have to close the depot for the next couple of weeks. Waste Management Coordinator for Oxford County Pamela Antonio tell Heart FM where Tavistock residents can dispose of their yard waste in the meantime.
"Residents living in the Village of Hickson can take their material to the Hickson Leaf and Yard Waste Depot or the Innerkip Depot which is located at the corner of George and Main."
Antonio says the Depot will open when the work is done which they are hoping for July 29th.
