Three people are facing drug related charges after a bust on Stafford Street in Woodstock. On Wednesday, the Woodstock Police's Criminal Intelligence/Drug Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant at the residence and seized roughly $3500 of hydromorphone and cash. A prohibited weapon was also seized as a result of the investigation. 44 year-old Tara Lewis and 19 year-old Jacob Watson both of Woodstock were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, unlawful possession of a prohibited weapon, breach of probation and possession of property obtained by crime. Lewis faces additional charges of fail to comply with recognizance while Watson was additionally charged with disobey a court order. A third person under the age of 18 was also charged as a result of the investigation.
