A new mural was unveiled at the Otterville Library during their new renovations celebration.
OTTERVILLE - The Otterville Branch of the Oxford County Library hosted an unveiling of a new mural.
The celebration took place yesterday to commemorate the new renovations at the library.
Back in October, a call was put out for artists to submit their proposals for the mural, asking to include symbols of otterville and promotion of literacy. The Oxford County Library ended up selecting Tillsonburg artist, Stella Jurgen.
Jurgens mural uses various bright colours and symbols of Otterville including otters, historic landmarks, and local flowers while also promoting literacy.
