Snowsqualls are expected to set up overnight along the Lake Huron shorline, making for a blustery start to the New Year. Environment Canada has issued a snowsquall advisory for a large portion of our region, including Oxford County. The squalls are expected for much of Monday, possibly into Tuesday, delivering 15-25cms of snow for some areas. If the squalls sustain for 6-hours or more, accumulations could reach 40cms. The weather agency also warns of zero visibility, whitout conditions for drivers who venture into one of the squalls.
