The streets will be filled with Goblins, princesses and Marvel superheroes tonight for Halloween.
WOODSTOCK - It's Halloween and trick or treaters are set to take over the streets of Woodstock and Oxford County this evening.
Meteorologist with Environment Canada Geoff Coulson is reminding parents to make sure your kids are bundled up.
"By the time the kids are heading out the door for trick or treating it is probably going to be around 4 degrees Celsius, we are also going to have a wind from the south west gusting up to 40 or 50 kilometres per hour, which will make it that much colder."
Coulson says it doesn't look like we will get any rain during the prime trick or treating hours. He does think it will be one of the colder Halloweens in recent memory.
"This year perhaps a little bit cooler than in previous years, looking back at the last few years of Halloweens' we've had temperatures of around 9 or 10 degrees by the time the kids are heading out the door, this year it is going to be notably cooler than that."
Motorists are also being reminded to use extra caution tonight to watch out for the little ones.
