The ticket price will increase to $80 each on September 14th.
WOODSTOCK - The early bird ticket window is about to close for the Big Night Out Charity Ball
The buffet dinner and dance is scheduled for Saturday October 19th at the Oxford Auditorium this year.
Nicole Killaire, the Fund Development Coordinator for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oxford County, says time is running out if you want to purchase your tickets for a lower price.
"So we've got our early bird tickets on sale for $70 each and that is running until September 13th. Full-price tickets will be sold for $80 moving on from there."
Tickets can be purchased online here, and Killaire says all of the money raised will benefit youth in our community.
"This is our largest annual fundraiser, so we heavily rely on the funds raised from the Big Night Out to support our mentoring programs here in Oxford County."
The event was able to raise over $116,000 last year.
This is the 8th annual Big Night Out for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oxford County, and it will be the third year for the Halloween Bash theme. Prizes will be awarded for not only the best individual and group costumes this year but also for the best couples costume.
The 19-plus event is also going to have a silent auction this year, and it's bringing back the popular raffle for the West Jet Gift of Flight vouchers.
Nicole Killaire stopped by the Heart FM studio to chat with Marcie and Forman on Monday August 26th. You can listen to the full interview below:
